You should say:

  • What is it?
  • How do you implement it?
  • How difficult is it?
  • And explain how you feel about the way/change

What is it?

One major change that has helped me save a lot of time is using a digital planner and task management app, specifically Google Calendar combined with Todoist. Instead of writing things down on paper or trying to keep everything in my head, I now rely on these tools to organize my day efficiently.

How do you implement it?

I start my week by blocking time on Google Calendar for my most important tasks—like studying, work meetings, and personal commitments. Then, every morning, I review my tasks on Todoist, which shows me what needs to be done and in what order. I categorize my to-dos by urgency and project, and I set reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. It only takes about 10 minutes a day to stay on top of everything.

How difficult is it?

At first, it was a bit challenging because I had to change my habits. I used to rely heavily on mental notes, and transitioning to digital tools took a bit of discipline. For the first few weeks, I kept forgetting to check the app or update my calendar. However, once I got into the rhythm, it became second nature. Now, it feels strange not to plan digitally.

And explain how you feel about the way/change

I feel incredibly positive about this change. It has reduced my stress significantly because I don’t have to constantly remember everything. I also find that I’m more productive since I’m not wasting time deciding what to do next. Overall, it gives me a sense of control and clarity, and I can confidently say that this small change has made a big difference in how I manage my time.
