Ireland Education Fair Delhi 2026

The tour opens in the capital on Saturday 3 October at Shangri-La Eros, 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place. The nearest metro stations are Patel Chowk and Janpath. This is the most convenient stop for students from Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. As the first stop, queues are usually longest, so arrive by 11:30 AM for the visa seminar.

Ireland Education Fair Pune 2026

The Pune fair is on Sunday 4 October, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Because it's a weekend fair, it's a good backup for Mumbai-based working students who can't take Wednesday afternoon off. Pune traditionally draws strong engineering, IT and MBA interest. The venue will be shared on the official registration page.

Ireland Education Fair Mumbai 2026

The Mumbai fair is on Wednesday 7 October at The St. Regis, Lower Parel, from 1 PM to 5 PM. Mumbai is the only weekday stop, and it starts an hour later than the other cities. The nearest stations are Lower Parel (Western line) and Parel (Central line). Plan leave for the afternoon, or attend Pune on Sunday 4 October instead.

Ireland Education Fair Chennai 2026

The Chennai fair is on Saturday 10 October at Hyatt Regency, 365 Anna Salai, Teynampet. Teynampet metro station is close by. It's ideal for students from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry and Andhra Pradesh, especially those looking at healthcare, pharma, biotech and engineering programmes.

Ireland Education Fair Bengaluru (Bangalore) 2026

The Bengaluru fair is on Sunday 11 October at Taj MG Road, 41/3 Mahatma Gandhi Road. MG Road metro station is within walking distance. This is the final stop of the tour, and your last in-person chance this year to meet all 17 institutions. It's best suited to students from Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and to tech, data and AI aspirants.

Why Indian Students Are Choosing Ireland: The Data

• India is Ireland's No. 1 source of international students. In 2024/25, Indian students made up just over 20% of all international enrolments in Irish higher education (HEA data).
• Rapid growth. Indian enrolments rose by about 30% year-on-year in 2024/25. That followed a jump of nearly 50% in 2023/24, to just over 7,000 students.
• Record totals. Ireland reached about 44,500 international enrolments in 2024/25, its fourth straight year of growth.

• Work while you study. Students can work 20 hours a week during term and 40 hours a week in holidays. Ireland's national minimum wage is €14.15 per hour from 1 January 2026.

Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES)

• 60 scholarships every year for non-EEA students, including Indians.
• A full tuition fee waiver plus a €10,000 stipend for one year of full-time postgraduate study.
• Managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA).
• You must already hold a conditional or final offer from an eligible Irish institution when you apply. That's why applying soon after the October fair matters.

Ireland Student Visa: Questions to Ask the Irish Visa Office at the Fair

The visa seminar runs 30 minutes before doors open: 11:30 AM in most cities and 12:30 PM in Mumbai. It's the most under-used part of the day. Ask:

1. How much tuition must I pay before applying? (A minimum of €6,000 is widely cited; confirm for your course.)
2. Does the €10,000-per-year proof of living costs apply to me, and in what form?
3. Are education loans and parents' sponsorship funds acceptable, and in what format?
4. What are current visa processing times from India for the September intake?
