This happened about six months ago, during a weekend in December. It was a Saturday evening, and I had gone out with a few friends to enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
The place was a busy street market in the heart of my city. It’s a popular area where people go shopping, especially during festivals or sales. The market is usually crowded, but that day it was especially packed.
There was a lot of noise because of multiple reasons—street vendors were loudly calling out to customers, cars were honking non-stop due to traffic congestion, and there was live music being played by a local band. On top of that, people were chatting and bargaining, so it created a constant buzz in the air.
At first, I tried to ignore it and continue browsing the shops, but after a while, it became overwhelming. So, I decided to leave the market and head to a quieter café nearby. I sat there with a cup of coffee, took a deep breath, and relaxed for a bit. It helped me escape the chaos and regain my peace of mind.
