Your PTE score report includes:
This is your overall English proficiency score.
It is not an average of your communicative skills but is based on your performance across all sections.
Listening
Reading
Speaking
Writing
Each is scored from 10 to 90, and they’re assessed independently.
Grammar
Oral fluency
Pronunciation
Spelling
Vocabulary
Written discourse
These scores support the communicative skills but don’t appear on every version of the report.
You’ve got the score—but now you need to download it and maybe share it with universities or visa offices.
Here’s how:

Navigate to the ‘My Activity’ section
Click on your test and select ‘View Score Report’

One of the most frequent questions we hear is:
“How long are PTE results valid?” Let’s answer that and more.
PTE Academic scores are valid for 2 years from the date of your exam.
That means if you took your test on September 9, 2025, your score is valid until September 9, 2027.
Universities: Most institutions accept PTE results as long as they’re within the 2-year validity window.
Australia Immigration: PTE scores are valid for 3 years for visa applications.
UK, Canada, NZ: Generally accept PTE for 2 years, but always double-check the latest immigration rules.
Sometimes things don’t go as expected. Whether it's a technical glitch or a score you didn’t see coming—don’t panic.
Delay in score report availability
Account login problems
Discrepancies in results
You can request a rescore of your Speaking and Writing sections.
Must be done within 14 calendar days of receiving your scores.
However, once you’ve booked another test, you become ineligible for a rescore.
Note: Only a very small percentage of scores actually change after re-evaluation.
