Sample Answer (Band 7+)

I would like to describe an unusual meal that I had about two years ago during a trip to Rajasthan.

I ate this meal at a small desert camp near Jaisalmer, where traditional Rajasthani food was served in an open-air setting. The meal was prepared on firewood, and we were sitting on floor cushions under the stars.

I had the meal with my cousins and a few local guides. The food included dishes like ker sangri, bajra roti, laal maas, and a sweet dish called ghewar. Everything was served on leaf plates, which was quite different from normal restaurant dining.

I found this meal unusual because of the entire experience — sitting in the desert, eating with hands, listening to folk music, and watching a live dance performance. It felt more like a cultural celebration than a regular dinner.

Overall, it was a memorable and unique experience that I will never forget.
